These Terms govern the use of our website and the licenses granted for our digital products.

2. Our Products

All products are digital. No physical goods will be shipped.

Each product page describes the included files, features, and software requirements. Canva templates require a Canva account. Any Canva Pro requirements or separately licensed assets will be identified in the product description.

A Canva subscription is not included with your purchase. Layolio is an independent business and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Canva.

3. Purchases and Delivery

Payments are handled through Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. Its applicable checkout terms also govern your transaction.

The price, currency, and applicable taxes are shown at checkout before payment. Products are sold through one-time payments unless expressly stated otherwise.

Digital files or access instructions are supplied electronically after successful payment. If you have trouble receiving or opening your purchase, contact us with the email address used for your order.

4. Product License

Unless a different license is stated on the product page, your purchase grants a non-exclusive, single-user license to edit the template and create finished designs for personal use or your own business.

You may publish, present, or print those finished designs for these purposes.

You may not:

• Resell, share, sublicense, redistribute, or give away the template or its access link.

• Sell modified versions as templates or downloadable design resources.

• Upload editable files to shared libraries or marketplaces.

• Extract and redistribute included design assets.

• Claim ownership of Layolio’s original template designs.

Client work, shared team access, and resale of designs as standalone products require separate written permission.

Your original content remains yours. Canva elements and other third-party materials remain subject to their respective licenses. This license does not override those terms.

5. Support

Support covers access problems and questions about the supplied product. Custom design work, editing services, and general Canva training are not included unless specifically offered.

We aim to respond to enquiries within two business days.

Updates are included where stated on the product page or required by law. We do not otherwise promise lifetime updates or indefinite compatibility with third-party platforms.

6. Refunds

We offer a voluntary 14-day refund promise, as explained in our Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms restricts mandatory consumer rights concerning cancellation, non-delivery, faulty products, or products that do not match their description.

7. Intellectual Property and Acceptable Use

Layolio and its licensors retain ownership of the website content and original template designs. A purchase grants permission to use a product under its license; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying design.

You must not use our website or products unlawfully, infringe another person’s rights, or interfere with website security.

8. Responsibility

We do not guarantee specific business, employment, marketing, or financial results from using our products.

We remain responsible to the extent required by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms for future purchases and website use. The version applicable when you purchased continues to govern that purchase unless a change is lawfully agreed.

10. Consumer Rights and Complaints

These Terms do not remove any mandatory protections available under applicable law or your right to use a competent court, consumer authority, or dispute-resolution process.
